We are not a pest control company. We do not bait, we do not trap, and we will happily tell you to call someone who does if the building already has a population in it. Why a Garage Door Is the Weak Point

Every other opening in a house is sealed with something rigid. A garage door is sealed with a length of rubber pressed against a concrete slab, and that is the best case. The slab settles, the rubber hardens in the sun, and the ends of the seal pull out of their retainer first, which leaves an opening at the exact corner nobody inspects.
